Our CrossFit program is a core strength and conditioning program aimed at improving trainees overall level of fitness as efficiently as possible. Our program is developed to enhance individual’s performance in each of ten recognized fitness domains. These domains are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. In order to improve in all of these areas of fitness in a single workout we prescribe that all workouts be of high-intensity (relative to one’s current level of fitness), include functional movements, and be constantly varied.
